As of August 27, the District’s Central Office District Administration Building will be located at its new location, 315 Blue Raider Lane. The new office is located behind Middletown Area Primary School. The last day of business for the MASD Central Office Administration Building at 55 West Water Street will be Wednesday, August 26.

Student work permits can be obtained at the District Administration Building. Applications can be completed onsite and permits will be issued the same day. As part of the application process students must be present and provide valid proof of age (proof of age can include a Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate or Transcript, Passport/Passport Card or Affidavit of parent or guardian accompanied by physician's statement of opinion as to the age of the minor).
A parent/guardian must accompany a minor student and provide a Driver’s License/ Photo ID showing the student’s current address as proof of address.
